SHIPPING POLICY: Let me start by saying I have no desire for Shipping to be a revenue source. I do Woodturning, I don't care to make a dime on Shipping! I also HATE when anyone charges me a "Handling Fee", so I will not. "Experts" say I'm crazy, but I'll let my loyal customers decide that. I'm completely satisfied with you buying something here and do fine on what I sell, I don't need to make a silly extra dollar on Shipping.

Enough of that. Now, this sitebuilder won't allow me to calculate the shipping after you're done, so I've done my best to assign the actual cost to each item. It will not be perfect. If I lose a buck or 2, big deal. If it turns out it overcharges what the actual costs were, I give you my word I'll include a check for the difference in your box, made out to you. BE SURE and let me know if it was a gift, so the giftee doesn't get more of a gift than you planned.

Don't forget to add shipping insurance for your protection. Anything that gets to you damaged in shipping without purchasing insurance cannot be covered by me. I stand by things in my control, but I can't cover careless shippers.

RETURN POLICY: Whatever you buy has a complete satisfaction guarantee! If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Simply send it back postmarked within 7 days of reciept and your money will be refunded (minus shipping), no hassles, no headaches. The only provision is it must come back to me exactly as I sent it. Any engraved items are excluded from this. See above for insurance, because it applies here also. For your own protection, please insure anything you send back to me. Thank you very much for your understanding. I try VERY hard to make sure this will be the best gift buying experience possible.
